WHY WE BUILT IT Dental hiring in India runs on WhatsApp groups, word of mouth, and general job boards that don't understand the field. A clinic looking for an endodontist with two years of RCT experience has to sift through hundreds of irrelevant applications. A BDS graduate looking for their first associate role has no reliable place to find out who is actually hiring nearby, or what the role really involves. General job portals can't fix this, because they don't model what makes dental hiring specific: clinical procedures, state dental council registration, chair-side experience, shift patterns at a practice, and the simple fact that most dental jobs are filled within a small radius of where the candidate lives. DentalNaukri is built around those specifics. WHAT WE DO For dental professionals, DentalNaukri is completely free. You can build a detailed clinical profile covering your qualifications, council registration, procedures you perform, and languages you speak; search jobs by city, procedure, shift, and commute distance; apply directly; and follow up through in-app messaging. There are no paid tiers for candidates, and we don't charge you to be discovered by clinics. For clinics, we provide job postings that reach dental professionals specifically, structured screening questions that filter out unsuitable applicants before they reach your inbox, a full applicant pipeline, and an optional searchable database of registered candidates so you can approach people directly rather than waiting for applications. WHO IT IS FOR Dentists (BDS and MDS across all specialities), dental hygienists, dental assistants and chair-side assistants, dental laboratory technicians, receptionists and front-office staff, and clinic managers — along with the private clinics, multi-chair practices, dental chains, and hospitals that employ them. HOW WE APPROACH VERIFICATION Clinic accounts are reviewed before their jobs go live, and candidate dental council registration numbers can be verified and badged on the profile. We would rather show fewer, real listings than a large volume of unverified ones. We are an independent platform. We are not a recruitment consultancy, we do not charge candidates placement fees, and we do not take a commission on salaries.
