Last updated: 16 August 2026 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thedentalnaukri.com and any related services (the "Platform"), operated by Sigma Dental Clinic ("DentalNaukri", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. 1. WHO MAY USE THE PLATFORM You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. Candidate accounts are for individual dental professionals. Employer accounts are for clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and other organisations hiring dental staff. You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their authority, and you may not share your login credentials. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at support@thedentalnaukri.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. 2. ACCOUNTS AND VERIFICATION You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. We may verify employer accounts before permitting job postings to go live, and we may verify a candidate's dental council registration. Verification is a reasonable-effort check, not a guarantee — a verified badge means we saw supporting information, not that we warrant the underlying facts. We may suspend or terminate any account that provides false information, breaches these Terms, or is used in a way that harms other users or the Platform. 3. USING THE PLATFORM AS A CANDIDATE Use of the Platform is free for dental professionals. There are no paid candidate tiers, and we do not charge placement fees, registration fees, or commission on your salary. When you create a profile you decide what to include. Employers with candidate database access may view your profile and contact you about roles. When you apply to a job, your profile and any answers you give to that employer's screening questions are shared with that employer. You must not upload content that is false, that belongs to someone else, or that you do not have the right to share. Do not misrepresent your qualifications, registration status, or experience. 4. USING THE PLATFORM AS AN EMPLOYER Job postings must describe genuine, currently available positions at your organisation. You must not post on behalf of a third party without disclosure, advertise roles that do not exist, or use postings to collect candidate data for any purpose other than recruitment for the advertised role. Postings must not discriminate on grounds prohibited by Indian law, must not require candidates to pay any fee, deposit, or purchase, and must not request money, identity documents beyond what is reasonably necessary, or financial information from applicants. Candidate data accessed through the Platform may be used only to evaluate and contact candidates for genuine roles at your organisation. You must not sell it, share it outside your organisation, add candidates to marketing lists, or retain it longer than needed for that purpose. You remain responsible for complying with applicable data protection law in respect of any candidate data you obtain. We may remove any posting that breaches this clause, and doing so does not entitle you to a refund. 5. PAID SERVICES Employers may purchase job postings and candidate database subscriptions. Current prices are shown on the pricing page and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout. Job postings are sold as one-time purchases. Purchased postings do not expire and remain available in your account until used. One posting is consumed when a job is published; re-publishing the same job after closing it does not consume another. Candidate database access is sold as a time-limited subscription with a stated duration and a stated cap on the number of candidate profiles you may open in that period. Access does not renew automatically — it simply ends. Candidate profiles you opened during an active subscription remain accessible to you afterwards. Viewing candidates who have applied to your own jobs is always free and does not require a subscription or count against any cap. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your full card details. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may change prices at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only and never to postings or subscriptions you have already bought. 6. WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE DentalNaukri is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, or a party to any employment relationship formed through the Platform. We do not guarantee that any job posting is accurate, that any employer will respond to you, that you will receive applications, that any candidate's stated qualifications are correct, or that any hiring will result. We do not conduct background checks on candidates or due diligence on employers beyond the verification described above. You are responsible for your own diligence before accepting a role or making an offer — including verifying registration, credentials, employment terms, and the legitimacy of the other party. 7. PROHIBITED USE You must not: scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform; use automated means to create accounts or submit applications; attempt to access another user's account or any non-public part of the Platform; interfere with the Platform's operation or security; reverse engineer any part of it; use it to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages; upload malicious code; or use it for any unlawful purpose. 8. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the Platform — for example, to show your profile to employers or your job posting to candidates. The Platform itself, including its design, code, text, and branding, belongs to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law. 9. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION You may close your account at any time by contacting support@thedentalnaukri.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your account poses a risk to other users. On termination for breach, unused job postings and remaining subscription time are forfeited. If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of a subscription and any unused job postings on a pro-rata basis. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of employment, loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one thousand rupees, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. 11. INDEMNITY You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you upload, or from your dealings with another user of the Platform. 12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change, and material changes will be notified by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms. 13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Karnal, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform. 14.
